Description
This easy spiral pasta dish is a weeknight dinner saviour. It’s on the table in 20 minutes and has all the flavours you know and love, with a hint of chilli to give it a spicy kick. Pasta night just got better!
Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain, reserving ¼ cup cooking liquid.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chilli flakes, then cook for 3 minutes, stirring, or until fragrant. Add tomatoes, increase heat to medium-high, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until sauce has slightly thickened.

Tear three-quarters of the basil. Add pasta, reserved cooking liquid and torn basil to pan and stir to combine. Serve sprinkled with parmesan and topped with remaining basil.
