- 1/2 bunch mint sprigs
- 1L chilled sparkling apple juice

Method
Step 1 of 2
Using a melon baller, scoop melon flesh into balls and place into a large jug with any juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 2 of 2
Add 3 cups ice and mint. Top with apple juice. Stand for 5 minutes to allow flavours to develop, then serve.
