- 2tablespoons mint leaves
- 1 lime, sliced (save skin for garnish)
- 1 lemon, sliced (save skin for garnish)
- 1.50L apple & blackcurrent juice

Method
Step 1 of 4
Prepare 1.5L rooibos tea following packet directions. Cool, then pour into an ice-cube tray, reserving the rest.
Step 2 of 4
Add a mint leaf to each ice-cube hole and freeze.
Step 3 of 4
Combine the reserved tea with 1.5L apple, peach and apricot juice.
Step 4 of 4
Divide among serving glasses, top with tea ice-cubes and garnish with sliced lemon and lime skins
