- 2 cup vodka
- 1 green apple, thinly sliced
- 1 red apple, thinly sliced
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1 pomegranate
- 2L lemonade, chilled
- 2 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 green tea bags
- 1L sparkling mineral water
- 1L clear apple juice

Pretty-In-Pink Vodka Cooler: Combine 2 cups pomegranate juice, 2 cups vodka and pomegranate arils from 1 pomegranate in a large dispenser or jug. Top up with crushed ice and 2L chilled lemonade or soda water. Serve immediately.

Apple Tea Mocktail: Place 2 green tea bags in a jug. Pour over 2 cups boiling water. Set aside for 15 minutes, then discard bags. Add 1L clear apple juice. Cover and chill overnight.
Step 3 of 3
Transfer apple tea to a large jug. Add 1 thinly sliced red apple and 1 green thinly sliced apple, crushed ice and mint sprigs. Top with 1L sparkling mineral water and serve.
