- 150milliliter Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
- 1 lemon , cut into wedges
- 1 sprig rosemary
- ice cubes
Description
Fever-Tree’s Mediterranean Tonic blends the essential oils from the flowers, fruits and herbs gathered from around the Mediterranean shores with the quinine of the highest quality from the fever trees of the Democratic Republic of Congo, to create a delicious, delicate, floral tonic water. If ¾ of your drink is the mixer, mix with the best.

Method
Step 1 of 3
Pour 50ml of your favourite gin into a Copa glass with lots of ice.
Step 2 of 3
Top up the glass with 150ml of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic.
Step 3 of 3
Gently squeeze the lemon wedge into the glass, place on top and add a sprig of rosemary. Serve and enjoy.
