- 1tablespoons peanut oil
- 500grams chicken mince
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2tablespoons Amoy Light Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Amoy Oyster Sauce
- 2 heads baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
- 150grams bean sprouts
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
- 50grams granulated peanuts
- 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
Description
Light, bright and packed with flavour, these crunchy soy chicken san choy bows make a satisfying weeknight meal.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mince and cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 3 minutes or until browned. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Step 2 of 3
Add sauces and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until mixture is hot.
Step 3 of 3
Place lettuce on a serving platter. Fill leaves with mince mixture, then top with sprouts and onion. Sprinkle with peanuts and chilli. Serve.
