  • 1 1/2 cups CSR Monk Fruit Classic
  • 1/2tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1tablespoons cornflour
  • 1tablespoons white vinegar

Method

Step 1 of 6

Separate egg whites and beat until firm peaks form.

Step 2 of 6

Gradually add in CSR Monk Fruit Classic to the egg white mixture.

Step 3 of 6

Fold in vanilla essence, corn starch and white vinegar.

Step 4 of 6

Transfer to a tray with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180c.

Step 5 of 6

Reduce heat to 150c, then bake for a further 45 minutes.

Step 6 of 6

Once cooled, top with whipped cream and seasonal fruit.
