- 2tablespoons sesame oil
- 1tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
- 2tablespoons butter
- 1teaspoons cracked black pepper

Description
A simple recipe for a side dish that enhances the flavour of the spinach.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Heat up a large saucepan to a medium heat and add the sesame oil.
Step 2 of 5
Fry the garlic in the oil for 2 minutes.
Step 3 of 5
Add the butter to the pan and allow to melt for 1 minute.
Step 4 of 5
Once the butter has melted, add the spinach and soy and cook by pressing the leaves down and tossing regularly for 2 minutes.
Step 5 of 5
Drain any excess liquid and serve with cracked black pepper.
