Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.

Step 2 of 3

Add pak choy and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add 2 tbs water, cover, and cook for 2 minutes or until vegetables are just wilted and bright green. Add sesame oil. Toss until combined.

Step 3 of 3

Transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle pak choy with sesame seeds and serve.
