- lavosh bites
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 200grams smooth feta cheese (plus a little extra to garnish)
- green sicilian olives (to serve)
- 1 cup frozen broad beans, thawed and shelled (reserve 2 tbs for garnish)
- 2 cup frozen peas, thawed (reserve a few for garnish)
Method
Step 1 of 3
Purée feta cheese, peas and beans together in a food processer or a stick blender until smooth, season with salt and cracked pepper to taste.
Step 2 of 3
Spoon into serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil and a few whole peas and beans.
Step 3 of 3
Scatter with micro chives and extra feta then serve with olives and Kurrajong Kitchen Lavosh Bites.
