  • 30grams preserved lemon, pips removed, roughly chopped

  • 1teaspoons crushed red chilies
  • 1/2teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/2teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Step 1 of 2

Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender, pulse until the sauce comes together but is still coarse.

Step 2 of 2

Season with salt and pepper before pouring into bowl or jar to be kept in the fridge until ready for use.
