  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4teaspoons mustard powder
  • 1teaspoons celery salt
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 2tablespoons orange, zest grated (save 1 tbs grated orange zest extra)
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 4 cups baby leaf salad mix
  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pork loin cutlets

Method

Step 1 of 2

Combine garlic, celery salt, mustard, marmalade, zest, juice, oil and black pepper in a bowl. Brush over pork, then cover and marinate in fridge for 2-3 hours.

Step 2 of 2

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place pork chops and orange slices in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and bake for a further 10-15 minutes or until pork is cooked through. Serve with your choice of salad or vegetables.
