Description

This German dish, Rote Grütze, translates as “red grits”. 

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place the fruits in a saucepan with 150ml of water and slowly bring to the boil.

Step 2 of 3

Combine the stevia and cornflour with 2 tablespoons cold water to form a paste, then stir into the fruit. Cook gently, stirring, until the mixture thickens.

Step 3 of 3

Allow to cool, then spoon the mixture into individual dishes.
