  • 1 thin chicken sausage
  • 3 Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
  • 120grams Samyang Ramen Mild Instant Noodles
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 soft boiled egg, halved
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced

Description

Cosy up with this rich, hearty bowl of ramen to spoil the senses. It's the ultimate quick, comforting meal.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat a small non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook, turning occasionally for 8 minutes, or until cooked through and browned, adding mushroom to pan during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Slice sausage.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, prepare noodles following packet instructions. Transfer to a serving bowl.

Step 3 of 3

Top ramen with carrot, mushroom, sausage and egg. Sprinkle with onion. Serve.
