Method
Step 1 of 3
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Bake the lamb in the oven on a baking tray for 10 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients until they are mixed fully. Remove the lamb from the oven and evenly spread the crumb mix on top of the meat. Ensure the mix is pressed hard onto the meat.
Step 3 of 3
Place the crusted lamb back into the oven and bake for a further 25 minutes or as per desired temperature before serving.
