  • 2 pizza dough bases, chilled
  • 400grams tomato pizza sauce
  • 16-20 black olives, pitted
  • 400grams roasted capsicum, drained and roughly chopped, from a jar
  • 200grams sunblush tomatoes
  • 3tablespoons caperberries
  • 8 chargrilled artichoke hearts in oil, drained and quartered
  • 250grams mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1 leaves parsley, roughly chopped (to garnish)

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat the oven to 220°C, Gas Mark 7.

Step 2 of 5

Place the pizza bases on 2 baking sheets.

Step 3 of 5

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pizza bases and scatter over the olives, roasted peppers, Sunblush tomatoes, caperberries, artichoke hearts and mozzarella.

Step 4 of 5

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.

Step 5 of 5

Remove from the oven and garnish with the chopped herbs before serving.
