Description
This rich Italian style ragu is packed with flavour and perfect with any kind of pasta to serve.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat the oil in a large pan on medium high heat and cook the onions and fennel for 5 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Add the pork mince and cook for 5 minutes, until browned. Stir in the garlic and fennel seeds and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3 of 3
Pour over the passata and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes, until the pork cooked through and sauce is reduced. Stir in the lemon zest and serve.
