- 1/2teaspoons sea salt
- 200grams butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 pinch cracked black pepper

Description
Dried porcini takes this compound butter to the next level with rich and earthy flavour. Serve with steak or chicken.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Add the dried porcini to a bowl and cover with warm water. Leave to soak for 30 minutes. Drain well on and finely chop with the sea salt.
Step 2 of 4
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Step 3 of 4
Place the softened butter on a piece of parchment paper and shape into a log. Wrap tightly with parchment and twist the ends to secure.
Step 4 of 4
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before using.
