Soft garlic crammed with spices that can be used in many ways.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Heat up a saucepan to a medium-low heat with all ingredients added to the pot.

Step 2 of 5

Bring to a simmer and allow to cook for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

Step 3 of 5

Remove from the heat and allow to cool to one side.

Step 4 of 5

Sterilise a suitable sealable container by placing it into boiling water and allow to cool.

Step 5 of 5

Empty contents of the saucepan into the container and store in the fridge overnight.
