  • 2 cup Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1teaspoons vanilla paste
  • 3tablespoons honey

Description

Panna cotta lovers, this one’s for you. Pretend you’re island hopping with this tropical dessert, starring mouthwatering mango and fresh passionfruit.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat milk and vanilla in a small saucepan over low heat. Meanwhile, combine gelatine and 3 tbs lukewarm water in a small bowl.

Step 2 of 4

When the milk is almost boiling, turn off heat and scoop in the bloomed gelatin. Add honey and stir thoroughly to combine. Set aside milk mixture to cool to room temperature.

Step 3 of 4

Place yoghurt in a medium bowl and strain cooled milk mixture over the top. Stir until just combined, then divide between four serving glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until ready to serve.

Step 4 of 4

Serve panna cotta topped with mango and passionfruit.
