- 500grams watermelon, roughly chopped
- handful mint leaves, reserve 4 leaves, to garnish
- 2 nectarines, flesh only, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Description
Nectarines, mint and watermelon make a cooling summer slushie you’ll enjoy again and again. Better yet, it’s ready in 5 minutes. Tropical umbrella optional.

Step 1 of 1
Blitz together all ingredients in blender until slushie consistency and pour into serving glasses. Garnish each with a mint leaf and serve immediately.
