- 3 clove garlic, crushed

- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 300milliliter light thickened cream
- 1 1/2 cup Woolworths shredded parmesan
- 60grams baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Description
Try this creamy pasta recipe that's packed with veggies. This easy traybake is from Woolworths team member Sara Kata from the Victoria Park store.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Cook pasta in saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet instructions. Drain. Transfer to a large round baking dish.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large deep frying pan over medium heat. Cook garlic and onion, stirring, for 5 minutes or until onion softens. Add broccoli, mushrooms, beans and peas, then stir to combine.
Step 3 of 4
Add stock, cream and 1 1/3 cups parmesan and bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring, for 2 minutes or until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly. Add sauce mixture and spinach to pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Step 4 of 4
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Serve topped with remaining parmesan.
