- 400grams gnocchi, store bought
- 80grams butter
- 4 leaves sage
- 1 small white onion, peeled and diced
- 1 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 100grams kale, stems removed, washed and drained
- 1teaspoons canola oil
- 100grams broadbeans, stoe bought, skins removed

Description
A fragrant and buttery gnocchi dish with a light zest.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook the gnocchi as per pack instructions and then drain and leave to one side. On a pan on a low heat, melt the butter until it foams and turns a brown, nutty color. Approx 15 minutes.
Step 2 of 4
Reserve the liquid from the top of the melted butter, discarding the brown sediment at the bottom. Cook the beans as per store instructions and drain and set to one side.
Step 3 of 4
Heat up a large pan to a medium heat, add the oil and fry the onions and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the kale to the pan and cook while tossing for another minute.
Step 4 of 4
Add the gnocchi and beans to the pan with the kale and mix together. Add 2 tbs of the browned butter to the pan with the rest of the ingredients, combine fully before serving.
