  • 60grams unsalted butter
  • 100grams wholemeal biscuits, bashed
  • 2 medium banana, lightly mashed
  • 200grams caramel
  • 2/3 cup whipped cream

Description

A traditional banoffee recipe with an extra crunchy base.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Prepare 6 muffin tins by lightly buttering.

Step 2 of 5

Combine the butter and biscuits together fully and press firmly in the base of the tins and edges.

Step 3 of 5

Place some of the mashed banana inside the biscuit bases.

Step 4 of 5

Cover with some caramel and allow to in in the fridge for 120 minutes.

Step 5 of 5

Once they are set, remove from the fridge and serve with whipped cream.
