  • 4 small short crust pastry, thawed
  • 2 medium banana, lightly mashed
  • 60grams flaked almonds
  • 200grams caramel
  • 2/3 cup whipped cream
  • 1teaspoons cocoa powder

Description

A crispy and delicate base support the velvety textured filling in these tarts.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced,.

Step 2 of 5

Place pastry sheets on some baking paper on a baking tray and roll the pastry edges to create a dip in the centre.

Step 3 of 5

Place the banana and almonds inside and cover with the caramel.

Step 4 of 5

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and then allow to cool slightly.

Step 5 of 5

Cover the pastry with some whipped cream and garnish with cocoa powder.
