Description
The sweet, salty and creamy combination of melon, burrata and prosciutto makes an elegant appetizer or quick lunch.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Whisk the olive oil, white balsamic and fig jam together in a mixing bowl. Scoop the cantaloupe and honeydew into balls using a melon baller.
Step 2 of 3
Mix the melon balls and cherry tomatoes together with the fig balsamic seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 3 of 3
Add the melons and tomatoes onto a platter, arranging the prosciutto slices, burrata and basil leaves onto the platter. Drizzle with any remaining dressing before eating.
