  • 80grams roasted capsicum strips, drained
  • 2 rasher shortcut bacon, chopped
  • 1 Italian style fennel pork sausages
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (see tip)
  • 2tablespoons continental parsley leaves (to serve)
  • 50grams fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 20grams pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 gluten free pizza base

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 230°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper or heat a pizza stone.

Step 2 of 2

Spread base with pizza sauce and top with half the cheese. Squeeze filling from sausage case, and scatter small pieces over pizza. Top with pepperoni, bacon and capsicum. Bake for 10 minutes or until meats are cooked through. Add remaining cheese and cook for a further 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Scatter over parsley and serve.
