Description

These 3 ingredient lemon possets are light and summery, a perfect dessert for sunny evenings.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place the cream and sugar in a saucepan on medium heat and bring to the boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring all the time.

Step 2 of 2

Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and zest of 1 lemon. Divide between 4 glasses and set in the fridge for 2 hours. Top with the remaining lemon zest and serve.
