Description

Method

Step 1 of 2

Cook the risoni according to pack instructions and drain well.

Step 2 of 2

Add the olive oil, lemon juice and zest, rocket and chopped herbs to a large bowl and toss in the warm risoni. Season with black pepper and serve with lemon wedges.
