  • 400grams cauliflower florets, stak removed and shredded to rice size
  • 100grams halloumi cheese, diced
  • 80grams spinach, washed and drained
  • 1tablespoons cumin seeds
  • 2tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1teaspoons cracked black pepper

Description

A nicely textured and lightly seasoned dish that can be a side to share or a light main course.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat with the sesame oil and cumin seeds. Fry the cauliflower rice for 5 minutes in the oil while tossing.

Step 2 of 2

All the halloumi and fry for a further 2 minutes while tossing. Add the spinach and seasoning and fry for 1 more minute before serving.
