- 3 cup long grain white rice, steamed (to serve)
- 2tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1tablespoons mustard seeds
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1/2 small pineapple, finely chopped
- 2 bunch broccolini, steamed (to serve)
- 1 lime juiced
- 2teaspoons brown sugar
- 8 lamb leg steaks

Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat 1 tbs oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant and starting to pop. Add pineapple, chilli and sugar and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl. Wipe out pan.
Step 2 of 3
Heat remaining oil in the same pan over high heat. Season lamb with salt and pepper. Cook lamb, in batches, for 3-4 minutes each side or until well browned and cooked to your taste.
Step 3 of 3
Meanwhile, stir lime juice into pineapple salsa. Place lamb on a bed of steamed rice, top with salsa and serve with broccolini.
