- 4tablespoons sesame oil
- 3tablespoons Korean hot chilli pepper flakes
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 600grams mixed seafood, chopped into bite sized pieces
- 2teaspoons soy sauce
- 2tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 zucchini, cut into small cubes
- 2 cups water
- 2 eggs
Description
A superb seafood stew that's spicy and filled with lots of umami, serve with hot rice for a very filling meal.
Method
Step 1 of 3
In a cold heavy bottomed pot, add the oil and Korean chilli flakes. Turn on the heat to medium until it forms into a paste. Drop in the onions and garlic and cook for about 3 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Tip in the seafood, soy sauce and fish sauce. Cook for 3 minutes. Tip in zucchini and water and bring to boil.
Step 3 of 3
Drop the eggs and allow it simmer for another minute. Top with finely sliced green onions if desired.
