- 1 zucchini, finely chopped
- 2 nori sheets, halved, very thinly sliced

Description
Introduce the kids to Japanese flavours with bite-sized sushi balls. These fun, colourful balls are nutritionally approved and great for snacking on.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Combine rice, seasoning, carrot and zucchini in a bowl. Place nori sheets on a plate.
Step 2 of 2
Using damp hands, roll heaped tablespoonfuls of rice mixture into 16 balls. Roll balls in nori to lightly coat. Place on a large plate. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm. Serve.
