Description

A delicious wrap for lunch everyone will love
Instruction tip
Warming the wraps makes them not so cold, and also lets you roll up the wrap easier

Method

Step 1 of 6

Heat pan on oven until nice and hot, spray the pan with some olive oil spray. Drizzle a little honey on one side of the chicken, and place honey side down. Spray a little more oil and drizzle over a little more honey on the top side of the chicken. Cook for few minutes each side on medium high until very nicely until golden brown. Flip over and do the same on the side. Then turn down, and cook a few minutes on each side until the chicken breast is cooked through.

Step 2 of 6

Slice up all your cucumber, avocado and lettuce. Grate the carrot and take out cheese and hommus.

Step 3 of 6

Let them rest a little so its not so cold.

Step 4 of 6

Warm up the wraps for 20-30 seconds in the microwave.

Step 5 of 6

Spread hommus over wrap, and then add chicken, which you have chopped up, avocado, cucumber, salt and pepper, carrot, cheese and lettuce.

Step 6 of 6

Roll up and cut in half. Enjoy.
