Description

Homemade garlic and herb butter makes the best garlic bread or glaze for barbecued meats and seafood.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon.

Step 2 of 3

Place the softened butter on a piece of parchment paper and shape into a log. Wrap tightly with parchment and twist the ends to secure.

Step 3 of 3

Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before using.
