  • 200grams Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original
  • 1 small banana, to serve
  • toasted coconut
  • cacao nibs to serve
  • 1 1/2teaspoons unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 1/2teaspoons raw coconut sugar

Method

Step 1 of 3

Add cottage cheese, unsweetened cacao powder, lemon juice & coconut sugar to your food processor.

Step 2 of 3

Pulse until mixture is smooth & light.

Step 3 of 3

Once smooth and light add the mousse into a small bowl & top with banana, toasted coconut & cacao nibs
