  • 2tablespoons butter, melted
  • 180milliliter milk
  • 1/2 block milk cooking chocolate

Method

Step 1 of 6

Prepare Mini Lemon Cheesecakes as per back of pack instructions. Allow to chill in the fridge while making decorations.

Step 2 of 6

Break ½ block of Milk or Dark Cooking Chocolate into pieces and place into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave until melted. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 3 of 6

Pour slightly cooled melted chocolate into a press seal bag, seal, and cut corner off one end.

Step 4 of 6

For the eyes: pipe two small semi circles, small enough to fit on the top of the mini lemon cheesecake. For the mouth: pipe a curved line in the shape of a smile, and small lines vertically across the line to represent stitching. For the nose: pipe two small dots.

Step 5 of 6

Place in fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.

Step 6 of 6

Carefully peel off the decorations and place on top of cheesecakes.
