  • 1 capsicum
  • artichoke hearts
  • tomato paste
  • black olives
  • mozzarella
  • 2tablespoons fresh basil leaves
  • 2 gluten free pizza bases

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat a pizza stone in a hot oven at 230°C (fan forced) and line two baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 5

Place one pizza base on each tray.

Step 3 of 5

Spread tomato paste onto the base and top with sliced marinated artichokes, sliced red capsicum, black olives and buffalo mozzarella.

Step 4 of 5

Slide onto pizza stone and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until base is golden and cheese has melted.

Step 5 of 5

Finish with some small fresh basil leaves. Repeat with second dough portion.
