  • 3 bananas, peeled, sliced on the diagonal
  • 1tablespoons maple syrup
  • 375grams free from gluten buttermilk pancake shaker
  • caramel sauce

Method

Step 1 of 4

Make pancakes according to packet instructions.

Step 2 of 4

Heat a barbecue flat plate and grill plate over medium heat. Grease flat plate with a little oil. To cook pancakes, spoon 1/4 cupfuls of batter on to flat plate and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden.

Step 3 of 4

Brush sliced banana with a little vegetable oil and then brush with maple syrup. Cook on grill plate of barbecue for 1-2 minutes each side, or until golden and softened.

Step 4 of 4

Serve pancakes topped with grilled banana and drizzled with caramel sauce.
