  • 1 orange zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free Macro LSA
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free Macro pistachio kernels
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free Mayver’s super spread cacao
  • 2tablespoons gluten-free Macro Organic cacao powder (plus extra for dusting)
  • 10 fresh dates (pitted)

Description

This gluten free bliss balls recipe pairs the winning flavour combo of chocolate and orange with nutty pistachios and fibre-rich LSA. The perfect healthier snack.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place dates, pistachios, gluten-free cacao spread, LSA, cacao powder, orange zest and 1/3 cup orange juice into a food processor. Process until well combined and a smooth, thick paste forms. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 2 of 2

Using damp hands, roll 1 teaspoon of mixture into a ball and place on a serving plate. Repeat with remaining mixture to create 20 bliss balls. Dust with extra cacao just before serving.
