Kids after a snack? Let your air fryer do all the work and ditch potato crisps for these fruit chips – perfect on their own or dipped in yoghurt.
Instruction tip
Tip:Store fruit chips in an airtight container in a cool place. Serve fruit chips as a snack or use as dippers with yoghurt.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Using a mandolin, slice fruit into 2mm-thick slices. Pat dry with paper towel.
Step 2 of 2
Preheat air fryer to 140°C for 2 minutes. Working in 4 batches, place fruit, in a single layer, in basket. Cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, or until fruit is dry and crisp. Serve.
