  • 45grams vegan milk chocolate, melted

Vegans rejoice! We have the perfect vegan dessert recipe for you. Whip up these chocolate cashew bites for a delish no-bake snack or on-the-go treat.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place oats in a food processor and process until finely chopped. Add cacao powder and coconut, then process until combined. Add cacao nibs, maple syrup, cashew butter and 1/3 cup water, then process until combined. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Stir in caramel chocolate.

Step 2 of 3

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Using damp hands, roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on tray.

Step 3 of 3

Place milk chocolate in a snaplock bag and snip off 1 corner. Drizzle balls with chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until balls are firm and chocolate has set. Serve.
