Description

Kickstart the day with a warming bowl of cinnamon porridge topped with blueberry sauce, mint and yoghurt. Whip up this tasty breakfast in just 15 minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place blueberries and 1 tbs cold water in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat for 10 minutes or until blueberries break down and form a sauce.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, place milk, cinnamon, syrup and porridge in a medium saucepan. Stir over medium-high heat until mixture comes to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until oats are tender.

Step 3 of 3

Divide porridge among 4 bowls. Serve topped with yoghurt, blueberries and mint.
