  • 5 ripe avocados, about 400 g, roughly chopped
  • 30grams raw cacao powder
  • 4tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4tablespoons almond milk
  • 1tablespoons cacao nibs (to serve)

Method

Step 1 of 2

To make the mousse, place all the ingredients, except the cacao nibs, into a food processor and process them until completely smooth, adding a little extra almond or coconut milk if necessary.

Step 2 of 2

Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual 150ml glasses. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until chilled. To serve, sprinkle the mousse with cacao nibs.
