  • 1/2 bunch spring onion, sliced
  • 4packets Mama jumbo noodles pork
  • 2tablespoons Amoy light soy sauce
  • 1 long red chilli, sliced

Description

A flavour-packed ramen broth doesn't have to take days. Try this super easy pork ramen, with lean mince and instant noodles.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil. Add eggs and cook for 6 minutes for soft boiled. Drain and rinse under cold water. When cool enough to handle, peel eggs and cut in half.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add mince and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, for 10-12 minutes or until browned. Add half of the onion. Cook, stirring for 1 minute or fragrant.

Step 3 of 4

Add 1L of water to a large saucepan over high heat. Once water has boiled, add noodles, flavour sachets and soy sauce. Cook for 4 minutes or until noodles are tender.

Step 4 of 4

Divide noodles and broth among 4 bowls. Top with eggs, chilli and remaining onion. Serve.
