  • 118grams The Han Kitchen Pocha Ramyun
  • 1 small carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 baby pak choy, halved lengthways
  • 100grams beef rump steak medallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 long red chilli, thinly sliced
  • 1tablespoons kimchi, to serve

Description

Take your palate on an authentic adventure with The Han Kitchen Pocha Ramyun. This Korean-inspired beef noodle dish is big on flavour, aroma and spice.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place 550ml water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to the boil.

Step 2 of 2

Add noodles, soup base and flakes sachets. Cook for 2 minutes. Add carrot, mushroom, pak choy and beef. Cook, covered, for a further 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender and meat is just cooked through. Top with onion and chilli. Serve with kimchi.
