- 2 Woolworths unfilled sponge slab
- 230grams philadelphia classic icing
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 1/3packets Wernli petit Couer
- 15 creative kitchen mini lady birds
Description
This is such a simple birthday cake to make! You don't even need an oven.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Carefully cut cake in half.
Step 2 of 4
Cut out shape of number required. Number one is pictured above (I found a helpful cutting guide on Pinterest)
Step 3 of 4
Put icing in piping bag and pipe in middle piece, put the second layer of cake on and pipe daubs on the top too.
Step 4 of 4
Decorate with raspberries, cookies and ladybirds.
