Description

Turn your pancakes into festive shapes for a fun Easter morning breakfast after the egg hunt.

Instruction tip
Easter shapes:

Pipe the pancake mix into fun Easter art. Learn to make a bilby, bunny, carrot or chick.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place flour, milk, syrup and eggs in a food processor and process until smooth.

Step 2 of 3

Divide batter evenly among six bowls. Add a few drops of one food colour to each bowl, leaving one bowl of batter uncoloured. Transfer coloured and uncoloured batter mixture into six separate sauce bottles or snap-lock bags with the corners snipped.

Step 3 of 3

Lightly spray a non-stick crepe pan or frying pan with oil and heat over very low heat. Pipe shapes (see Tip) into pan, waiting 10 seconds before piping in each next step. Flip over and cook for 20 seconds to seal. Serve with fruit and yoghurt.
