  • 350grams Kale slaw
  • 1 avocado
  • 12 taco shells

Description

This Mexican-inspired taco recipe is a flavour-packed punch of green salsa, orange, slaw and prawns that's ready in 20 minutes. Make tonight taco night.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat a barbecue or grill pan on high heat and brush lightly with oil. Grill prawns for 3 minutes each side or until charred and cooked through. Set aside.

Step 2 of 3

To make green salsa, combine 1/2 bunch parsley, 1/2 bunch basil, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with pepper.

Step 3 of 3

Fill taco shells with prawns, corn, kale slaw, avocado and orange segments. Top with green salsa.
