  • 250grams cottage cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 potato, thinly sliced into small squares
  • 100grams green pea
  • 1teaspoons garlic paste
  • 1teaspoons ginger paste
  • 1teaspoons chill paste
  • 1/2teaspoons chilli powder
  • 1/2teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 1tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 onion, thinly chopped
  • 1 tomato, pureed
  • 1 pinch cumin seeds
  • 1teaspoons salt

Description

Cottage cheese, potato and peas cooked with delicious indian spices.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Heat oil. Add cumin seeds and let it cook for 20 seconds.

Step 2 of 6

Add onion with salt and cook for 5 minutes until onions is nicely caramelized.

Step 3 of 6

Add potato, pea, ginger paste, garlic paste, chill paste, chill powder and turmeric powder. Mix everything together and cook for 10 minutes until potato is cooked.

Step 4 of 6

Add tomato and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add cottage cheese and mix everything together. Cook for further 5 minutes to allow the flavours to combine.

Step 6 of 6

Serve hot with roti / flat bread.
